Personal information. We keep/maintain the personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates and course(s) you have undertaken for our records. The said information is also analysed to help recommend courses or webinars you may be interested in.

Payments. We use a third party credit card processing company, PayU for processing all monetary transactions.

Internet Protocol (IP) address. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer the Site.

How we protect your information. Access to your account requires you to "log in" using a "username" and "password" combination. We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect the security of the information you input. However, it is important for you to understand that no security measures are perfect, and that no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.

How you can protect your information. If you are using a shared computer or your computer in a public place, we strongly suggest you to log out and close your browser after you finish your user session to prevent others from accessing your Personal information. Sharing your personal information. We may share your information with third party service providers for the same reasons as stated above. We cannot and do not make any representations about the practices and policies of these companies, and they are not subject to our Privacy Policy.

We also may release any personal information that we possess when release is necessary to comply with the law or to enforce our Privacy Policy.

Lastly, we may use your email address to send you messages about upcoming webinars. If you do not want to receive this information, you can opt out by following the "unsubscribe" information that appears at the bottom of the emails.
